I cannot login to my albums or login to an invitation.
Your login information is case sensitive; therefore, it must be typed EXACTLY
the same way as when you set up your account. Also, make sure the "Caps Lock"
button is not on for your keyboard. If you need your username or password sent
to you again, click here to e-mail us. Also, the Online Photo Processing
website was updated in mid-November 2004 and the web address was changed to
http://opp.ipiphotonet.com/login.aspx. You must login at this site in order to
use your account. Any older bookmarks or invitations will no longer work at the
old web address. You'll also need a new invitation to view someone else's
photos and you should change your bookmarks accordingly.
I uploaded new photos into my album but they aren't showing up.
First, check the print queue because all uploaded images go there first and
then you can select how to put them in albums or print them from the print
page. Otherwise, your computer may be using an older, saved page instead of
refreshing to the newer page. To change this setting open internet explorer and
go to the menu bar and click on Tools, then on Internet Options. Under the
General tab, click on Settings for the temporary internet files section. Your
setting for "check for newer versions of stored pages" should be set on "Every
visit to the page". If you are using drag & drop, you must be on an IBM
computer and have Active-X enabled. Also, only RBG .jpg files are allowed and
file names should be alpha-numeric; without spaces or punctuation marks. Only
numbers, letters, underscores_ and dashes- are permitted.
How many images can be stored in an album?
Unlimited storage as long as there is sales activity
How long will my photos stay online?
Unlimited storage as long as there is sales activity. Sales activity
means at least one sale in a calendar year.
How long does it take for orders?
Orders will ship in within 3 business days.
How do I order prints?
Then simply select a photo
from an album and click to view products available. Select the products and quantity
and add to your shopping cart. When you are finished and ready to place the
order simply check out and place the order. If you have not uploaded any
photos then go to add photos to make your album and upload pictures.
How big can I print my pictures?
Click on any photo in an album to see
our product list. Use the "resolution guide" to see if that file
will make a good print in a large size.
How can I check on my order status?
To check your order status, go to My Info on the top
of the page then Track Orders on the menu on the right.

Ordering, Order History, and Status
All ordering is done on secure encrypted
server protecting all your valuable information. Your order history will always
have record of your past transactions up to date. You can view your orders
status to see whether it is ready to be picked up or not.
Viewing Pictures and Adding them
Each album displays the pictures you placed in that particular album. It also
allows you to click on a picture to view a larger image of it and displays the
purchasing options available for that picture.
Adding pictures couldn't be easier now with our new drag and drop technology.
Simply go to Add photos, select an album you would like to add your pictures
to, and then select to use our drag and drop technology. For the drag and drop,
just highlight all the pictures you would like to add and then drag it over the
area in the browser where the drag and drop window is. The pictures should be
added to the window and are now ready to be uploaded into your album.
If not using the drag and drop feature, you can add up to 4 pictures at once to
your album, by selecting the browse button and selecting your picture you wish
to add.
My Albums
Your albums are stored on our servers, following our terms and conditions, with
no obligation to purchase prints whatsoever. You can change the settings
accordingly per album, viewable to the public, password protected, allow album
to be searched for, and many other options.
My Account
Your account will allow you to access your personal settings i.e. your name,
address, etc. You can also view your order history and track the status
of a pending order.
My Local Photo Lab
Our photo lab information will display here, showing you the prints and
products we offer as well as our address and phone number. There may also be
special promotions or messages.
